This ceremony is a space to be in the still point within, restoring and reclaiming your energy in a gentle, nurturing space. When we have the tools to restore and cultivate life force, we can trust that we always have enough energy; we can trust life is safe enough to be still, to slow and to soften.

As women and all beings, there is a need to remember the love, safety, and healing that lays within the darkness, the yin.

When we are continually forcing ourselves into the light without cultivating deep yin within, we deplete our energy and become out of balance.

I have been called to share this Sacred space with you with the Divine Mother guiding us into the nurturing protocol to restore balance within.

To bring trust back into the body's natural flow and harmony with the rhythms of creation.
